We offer a full money-back guarantee for prepaid class purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with our service that you have pre-paid for the classes, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. However we do not pay back for a class after it is done. Because we need to pay our teachers and all other staff for it. We will only return the money which is prepaid to us and the classes have not been placed yet.
After the 14-days period of your transaction, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the first 3 free classes in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
